Every taste is a story, and Taste Designers are how Tomorrow tells them. You'll shape how TomorrowSweet™ shows up in the real world: the afternoon soda, the half-the-sugar chocolate, the flavor nobody's tasted yet.
The role
You'll design taste profiles from the inside out, from first bench trial through a partner's launch. This is hands-on work: you'll be in the test kitchen as often as you're at your desk, iterating until a formulation is both completely new and somehow already familiar.
What you'll do
Translate a partner's brief into candidate formulations, run tasting rounds, and tune sweetness, body, and finish alongside our protein scientists. You'll own a flavor from “what if” to “it's on the shelf,” and keep refining after launch.
What you'll bring
A background in food science, flavor chemistry, or culinary R&D, plus a palate you trust and the vocabulary to explain it. You know the difference between a taste that demos well and one that people reach for every day.
Bonus points
Experience formulating with novel sweeteners or proteins, beverage or confection applications, and sensory panel design.
