Privacy Policy
The short version
This site was built to stay out of your business. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party trackers, and serves every font and image from our own servers. Beyond the routine technical logs any web host keeps, no record of your visit is collected by us or handed to anyone else.
Information you send us directly
The email addresses on this site (such as info@tomorrowtaste.com, media@tomorrowtaste.com and ir@tomorrowtaste.com) open your own mail app. If you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to include, and we use it for one purpose: to reply. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share your correspondence with anyone outside Tomorrow Inc. except where the law requires it.
Forms on this site
The site is young, and some of its forms are ahead of the machinery behind them. The message form on our contact page and the newsletter box in the footer are not yet connected to anything: whatever you type there is not stored by us and not sent anywhere, including to us. Until this page says otherwise, the reliable way to reach us is the email addresses above.
Sample orders and the partner portal
When you request a sample or use the partner portal, the details you enter (your work email, company, role, shipping address, order selections and the name you type as your signature) are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.
Because this information lives only on your device, you are in full control of it. Clearing your browser's site data for tomorrowtaste.com removes it completely. If you use a shared computer, keep in mind that others using the same browser profile could open the portal and see what was entered there.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
We use none. No advertising cookies, no session cookies, no analytics scripts, no pixels, no fingerprinting. Fonts and images are self-hosted, so your browser does not contact font networks or content delivery services that could log your visit.
Like virtually every website, the server that hosts this site may keep short-lived technical access logs (your IP address and the pages your browser requested) for security and operations. We do not use them to identify or profile anyone.
Links that leave this site
Some buttons take you elsewhere: retailer pages for partner products (for example Walmart), job listings, and social platforms. Once you leave tomorrowtaste.com, the privacy policy of the site you land on applies. We do not embed their scripts or widgets here, so nothing is shared with them until you choose to click.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you rights to know, access and delete personal information a business holds about you. Our answer is simple: unless you have emailed us, we hold nothing. To ask about or delete any correspondence you have sent us, write to info@tomorrowtaste.com and we will take care of it.
Visitors from the EU, UK and elsewhere have equivalent rights under their local law, and we honor the same requests from everyone, everywhere.
Children
This site is for businesses and curious grown-ups. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
As Tomorrow grows, parts of this site will gain real machinery behind them: order processing, partner accounts, a contact form and newsletter that actually send. When any of that changes what happens to your information, we will update this page first and change the date at the top of this page.
