Our Story
We wanted to make a soda you could drink 20 cans of and feel great about – sweet from the wild proteins nature already makes. We couldn't find anything like it, so we set out to build it ourselves. We named it Weekend Soda.
The soda needed a sweetener that didn't exist yet, so we learned how to build that too. WeekendSweet™ was our first blend of sweet proteins & made the first soda sweetened with sweet proteins alone. These sodas were good. But with the power of design, we thought we could build our own proteins and make them even better...
So we went back to work. TomorrowSweet™ 1.5 was a brand new blend, the first we trusted to carry a drink on its own, and the first time we could taste how close we were getting...
Every blend since has taught us something. 1.9 is the closest we've come: 90% identical to sugar on the tongue, all within a Simple Taste Protein. Finally, it's a sweetness worthy of the drinks you love.
Then we realized this technology was never meant to stay ours. Today we share it with the world & do our part to help your brand build what's next. We're just getting started.
